Built to last, and backed by a warranty

Every Sunchhaya and BIJASANI product is assembled and quality-checked at our own unit near Nashik, Maharashtra. We stand behind that quality with a warranty from the date of delivery:

• Monitor stands and monitor arms: 3-year warranty.
• All other products: 2-year warranty.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects, fully covered. If any part fails because of how it was made, such as a broken joint or weld, a faulty hinge or knob, a cracked panel or hardware that won't stay tight, we'll fix it free of charge.

Accidental damage, we'll still try to help. Accidents happen. Accidental damage isn't automatically covered, but we review every case and, in most cases, we'll send a free replacement for the damaged part. Just tell us what happened.

How we fix it

Depending on the part and the problem, we'll do whichever makes most sense for you:

• send a free replacement part,
• repair the product, or
• replace the whole product.

Our team decides the best option after looking at your photos or video.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches or fading over time.
• Damage from deliberate misuse, or from loading the product well beyond its intended use.
• Products that have been modified or repaired by someone else.

How to make a claim

2. Share your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos or a video.
3. We'll reply within 48 hours and tell you how we'll fix it.

Within your first 30 days you can also simply return the product for a full refund under our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
