If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund. New, used or damaged – we'll take it back. You don't need to give a reason.

How to return
1. Email returns@sunchhaya.com or Call/WhatsApp us on +91 9503378726 / 8308379086 with your order number.
2. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address.
3. Pack the product in its original box. If the box is missing or damaged, any sturdy box is fine.

Refunds
Once the product reaches us, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 1 business day. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of pickup, please contact us at returns@sunchhaya.com or WhatsApp +91 9503378726 / 8308379086.
